Dr. Nelson called and needed help in locating Peer Reviewed articles for her academic writings. Over the phone I was able to orient her on how to navigate the library system.
She found two articles she felt were relevant to her topic. But LHML did not have these two Peer Reviewed articles. I then suggested and directed her on how to request the articles from InterLibrary Loan (ILL). But before she received these articles from ILL, I searched online and was able to locate and retrieve one important article that she found relevant to her writing.
I sent this article to her. She was very impressed and appreciative of the assistance she received.
